This informal text summarizes your (user's) relation with the site and how your data will be used and what rights rest with me.
I will do my best to save user's privacy and make sure all the data submitted by you is brought to the most apt and intended use. But as you can see, NOTHING HERE READS GUARANTEE

The Service
I have the right to bring down or change any service (or even the site itself) provided by Achshar in any possible way/manner, at any time of the day, any day of the week!
The Content
All of the data on the site is licenced under creative commons licence (see cc) including, but not limited to the site logo, favicon, user interface, theme imgaes and code (javascript, css and html). You ought to require special permission from me before using my site's stuff for personal or professional use.
The User Content
All of the data you submit to the site (By movie/article comments or SMS or any other way) belongs to the site, hence me, thereafter. I have every possible right on the content, and the personal info you provide (see email privacy) including but not limited to copying/reproducing, redistributing, and editing for personal or professional use. If edited, an edit notice stating that the content has been tampered with, will be shown alongside. In short don't write here anything you want to keep private or don't want messed up.
The Email
Your email is required to perform a number of activities on the site. Achshar respects you privacy and will under no circumstances let out (or sell) your email to any third party. Presently we don even send any newsletters or promotional email of any kind. So you wont see any email from Achshar unless or until it was requested by you yourself. Unlike all the other info you provide (see user content privacy) your email receives special treatment and will never be misused/abused in any possible way. I don't guarantee the same for other stuff you give me though..
The Footnote
I can say that TOS here will not be much different from most of the other sites out there. BTW on this page, me/i/my or any other form to say 'me' refers to.. well, me! and you/your or any other form to say 'you' refers to Achshar's users, which is.. well, you!
